The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with the State e Mission Team, Ladakh organised a two-day training programme for senior officials from the Administration and Police departments in Kargil, Ladakh, on January 19-20, 2026, which was marked with a special focus on the upcoming India AI Impact Summit, 2026 in New Delhi.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology is pleased to announce the successful integration of HimParivar and HimAccess cards of the Government of Himachal Pradesh with the DigiLocker Issuer API. This marks a significant step in advancing the Digital India vision by enabling residents of Himachal Pradesh to seamlessly access their HimParivar Family Cards and HimAccess Cards through DigiLocker.
