MoSJE Unified Portal is a comprehensive digital platform developed by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) for the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The portal consolidates 33+ independent digital portals of DoSJE into a single, citizen-centric, microservices-based platform. It integrates scheme management, beneficiary services, grievance redressal, and administrative functions across welfare programmes serving Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, De-notified Tribes, Senior Citizens, Transgender Persons, Safai Karamcharis, and communities affected by substance abuse. 

Key features include Single Sign-On (SSO), Aadhaar-based e-KYC, DigiLocker integration for document verification, PFMS-linked Direct Benefit Transfer tracking, multilingual support via Bhashini, WCAG 2.2-compliant accessibility, AI-powered chatbot assistance, GIS-based geo-tagging of beneficiaries and NGOs, dynamic forms, workflow and rule engines for approvals, real-time analytics dashboards, and an inspection module with geo-tagged reporting. 

The platform is built in compliance with MeitY Guidelines, DBIM framework, GIGW 3.0 standards, and CERT-In security requirements, and is hosted on Government Community Cloud with high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability for onboarding future schemes.
