The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under MeitY, is supporting the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in a holistic digital transformation aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and user experience.

The initiative spans four key areas. The UPSC Website Revamp focuses on creating a modern, accessible, and user-friendly platform that enables candidates and stakeholders to easily access information and services. The Advisor Panel Management System streamlines how UPSC manages and engages experts, ensuring a more structured and efficient approach to empanelment and utilization of subject matter specialists for conducting interviews.

The Face Authentication System strengthens the integrity of the examination and interview process by enabling secure and reliable candidate verification. Meanwhile, the Departmental Promotion Committee  Module digitizes internal promotion processes, improving speed, consistency, and record management.

Together, these initiatives are helping UPSC transition towards a more agile, transparent, and digitally empowered organization, aligned with the broader vision of Digital India.
