Marking the milestone 50th episode of Digital India’s flagship knowledge series ‘Ask Our Experts’ on July 6, 2026, Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and CEO, India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), shared insights into India’s strategic roadmap for building a globally competitive semiconductor ecosystem and positioning the country as a trusted partner in the global semiconductor value chain.

The 49th episode of Digital India’s flagship knowledge series ‘Ask Our Experts’ showcased how advanced technologies are transforming forest fire management through the Sikkim Wildfire Spread Forecasting and Monitoring System.

In its ongoing endeavour to strengthen digital awareness and literacy among young citizens, the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), organised a Digital India Talk Show and Interactive Session at Cotton University, Guwahati.

The workshops on June 10, 2026 brought together students, research scholars and faculty members from both institutions, creating an interactive platform to explore India’s expanding digital ecosystem, understand the significance of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and discuss the role of emerging technologies in enabling citizen-centric governance and innovation.

As part of its continued efforts to promote digital awareness and literacy among youth, the National e-Governance Division, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology conducted a Digital India Talk Show and Interactive Session at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune.

A Digital India Talk Show was organised at the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, on May 7, 2026, engaging over 250 students and faculty members.
