Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the 10th edition of India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Organised jointly by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), the event brought together policymakers, global technology leaders, telecom operators, startups, investors, academia and international stakeholders.

Under the theme “Scale Without Boundaries,” IMC 2026 focused on taking innovations from laboratories and pilot projects to widespread deployment and real-world applications. The event reinforced India’s commitment to building a secure, inclusive and globally competitive digital ecosystem. It also strengthened India’s role in advancing next-generation connectivity, digital innovation and emerging technologies, supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
