DPDP Act Seminar for CA Community

Organised in association with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the seminar on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act will explore the evolving framework for personal data protection and its implications for businesses and professionals.

The seminar will feature technical sessions on the key provisions of the DPDP Act, data accountability, business risks associated with data protection, and opportunities for professionals to develop specialised DPDP advisory practices. A dedicated panel discussion, “From Controls to Confidence – The Data Assurance Opportunity,” will examine how effective data governance and assurance can strengthen trust in the digital ecosystem.

The programme aims to enhance awareness of data protection responsibilities, highlight emerging professional opportunities and encourage practical approaches to compliance, accountability and responsible data management in India’s growing digital economy.
