The IT Department of Ladakh, in collaboration with NeGD, organised a one-day workshop on UX4G (User Experience for Government) in Kargil to enhance digital governance and citizen experience. Focused on the theme “Digital Transformation through User Experience,” the session sensitised participants on developing accessible, efficient, and user-centric government websites.
Led by NeGD experts, the workshop covered service design, UX research, design thinking, and website audit tools. Through case studies and interactive deliberations, participants explored practical solutions to align user needs with organizational goals, overcoming UI/UX implementation challenges to ensure seamless, responsive public service delivery across digital platforms.
