The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with the Department of IT & e-Governance, Government of Jharkhand, successfully organized the Digital India State Awareness Workshop on 14 August 2026 at Project Bhawan, Dhurwa, Ranchi. The workshop focused on creating awareness around key Digital India initiatives, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), and citizen-centric digital platforms, with presentations on DigiLocker, EntityLocker, API Setu, MeriPehchaan, UMANG, and myScheme. The session brought together senior government officials and stakeholders, providing an opportunity to explore the adoption of Digital India platforms, potential areas of collaboration, and ways to strengthen secure, seamless, transparent, and citizen-centric digital service delivery across Jharkhand.
