DC-Online is a digital platform that enables citizens to apply for various certificates seamlessly through Common Service Centres (CSC) or directly at the DC Office. The system streamlines the entire certificate issuance process from application submission to the Deputy Commissioner's final approval. This minimizes delays, reduces corruption, and enhances transparency. It also features integrated SMS notifications for applicant updates and a public portal for instant certificate verification, ensuring authenticity and trust.

Brief Background
Citizens in need of essential certificates like Tribal, Residential, Income, etc certificates traditionally faced lengthy processes and multiple visits to government offices. This system digitizes the workflow by allowing approved authorities submit applications for citizens and track progress. DC Staff verify applications, DC Officers provide final approval, and certificates are published for download and delivery. Citizens receive SMS updates, and anyone can verify certificate authenticity online without login.
