The Meghalaya State Public Services Delivery Commission Portal was launched on July 15, 2022, by Chief Minister Conrad Sangma to provide a more efficient, transparent, and accountable way of delivering citizen-centric services. Operating under the Right to Public Services (RTPS) Act 2020, the portal aims to reduce costs and time for citizens by creating a single window to access government services. Through this portal, citizens can currently access 198 notified services, track their applications, and file appeals if services are delayed or denied.
