The objective of Home Guard Deployment (HGD) Portal development is to create a comprehensive IT system which provides end to end solutions for the current challenges and problems faced by the Home Guards Department in the deployment of Home Guards.

The objective of Home Guard Deployment (HGD) Portal development is to create a comprehensive IT system which provides end to end solutions for the current challenges and problems faced by the Home Guards Department in the deployment of Home Guards.
Objective
• To provide different interface to Home Guards officials to enter all the details of the volunteers, agency and demand request into the system, prepare list of total eligible volunteers for deployment.
• To provide an interface to the agencies to mark the attendance of the deployed volunteers

• Compilation of Volunteer Profile Master data, Agency Profile Master data at a single place.• Intimation of deployment to the Volunteers and Agencies on their registered Mobile phones through SMS and email respectively.
