The project “Raj eVault” was started to provide a smart and dynamic solution for digital content repository to deal huge amount of digital content (documents/ licenses/ECM generated files) of citizens and integrate the application with various departments and 3rd party applications to provide the unified and secured access of content for various authorization purpose to achieve the vision of digitization for the state government.
Project Details
Brief Background
• Raj eVault provides central digital repository for both Departments and Citizen.• Individual Departments do not have to invest for Infrastructure, Storage and have manpower to manage the same.
• Citizen do not have to resubmit the documents already stored and verified in the Raj eVault.
• Integrated with Jan Aadhaar, Digi Locker and SSO enabled.
Objective
The objective of Raj eVault system is to provide: -
• Digital content repository to store and manage huge amount of content.
• Integrate the application with various departments, legacy systems and 3rd party applications.
• Currently providing services to 18 departments of Government of Rajasthan
• Ease of availability of the citizen documents on the go.
• Managing the documents centrally will reduce the cost and time to implement the system for each department.
