Brief Background
Prior to the implementation of e-Nivida Goa s procurement processes were predominantly manual leading to inefficiencies increased paperwork and potential for non-transparency. Recognizing the need for modernization the Government of Goa mandated the use of an electronic tendering system for all tenders above ?5 lakh from October 17 2019. The e-Nivida platform was developed and deployed by Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd. (ITG) in collaboration with C1 India Pvt. Ltd. with Axis Bank serving as the e-payment gateway partner. This initiative aligns with the broader objectives of the Digital India mission aiming to enhance transparency efficiency and accountability in public procurement.
