Brief Background
In response to the growing need for digitalization in governance and the demand for enhanced public engagement, the Department of Information and Communication Technology of Mizoram has initiated the development of a comprehensive web application for the Chief Minister's office. This initiative is aimed at streamlining communication channels between the Chief Minister and the citizens of Mizoram, thereby fostering a more transparent and responsive administrative environment.

Objective
The objective of this web application is to ensure continuous and seamless communication from the office of the Chief Minister to the public. It aims to:
· Provide timely and accurate updates on news and events related to the Chief Minister.
· Offer insight into the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, including detailed accounts of funds received and their allocation.
· Enhance public engagement through easy access to information about government officials, including ministers, advisers, and staff members.
