Honourable Minister of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw announced the availability of 18,000+ GPUs through the empanelment of AI cloud service providers and MeitY’s call for proposals for the development of indigenous foundational models and creation of an AI Safety Institute and AI applications funded under the IndiaAI Innovation Challenge.
