PAIMANA (Project Assessment, Infrastructure Monitoring and Analytics for Nation-building) is a comprehensive digital platform designed to strengthen data-driven governance and support evidence-based decision-making across key sectors. It integrates advanced analytics and monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and progress of national initiatives.

The platform is closely aligned with the National Infrastructure Enablement Index    (NIE-I), which evaluates and benchmarks infrastructure readiness across states. It facilitates project monitoring under Infrastructure Investment and Growth (IIG) by offering real-time visibility into infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and effective resource utilization.

At its core, PAIMANA enables performance monitoring through sector-wise analytics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, providing actionable insights for policymakers. Additionally, PAIMANA supports the Twenty Point Programme (TPP) by tracking the implementation and outcomes of various government schemes through predefined indicators.

By consolidating multiple data sources into a unified dashboard, PAIMANA enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency in governance. It empowers ministries and departments to monitor progress, identify gaps, and take proactive measures for nation-building initiatives.
