The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) participated in the “Gatisheel Jammu & Kashmir 2.0” Exhibition, showcasing its key e-Governance initiatives and digital public services. The MeitY stall featured platforms such as DigiLocker, UMANG, Entity Locker and API Setu, highlighting India’s progress in digital service delivery and the use of technology to simplify access to government services.
Through interactive demonstrations and visitor engagement, the exhibition provided an opportunity to familiarise citizens, students and other visitors with digital platforms that enable convenient, secure and accessible services. Visitors gained insights into how these initiatives facilitate access to digital documents, multiple government services and seamless digital integration across departments and organisations.
MeitY’s participation highlighted the role of digital public infrastructure in promoting transparency, efficiency and citizen-centric governance. The showcase also reinforced the vision of Digital India, demonstrating how technology can bridge access gaps, improve service delivery and empower citizens through inclusive and accessible digital solutions.
