An initiative under the Digital India Programme, User Experience for Government (UX4G), prioritises users’ needs by implementing a citizen-centric approach to user experience (UX). It aims to ease the users’ journey when availing services digitally, facilitating personalised digital interfaces that are visually appealing, efficient, and accessible.

The main goal is to promote better UI/UX practices and provide ready-to-use standard digital mock-ups, prototypes, CSS, images, etc., and reusable design components. Additionally, UX4G is to support product managers and UI/UX designer teams from government departments by providing necessary handholding to improve the quality of user experience.
