DPDP Act Workshop for NCERT Officers

Awareness session on the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 is being organised by NeGD for the officials of NCERT in five batches. The sessions will enlighten the officials on the various provisions of the DPDP Act, What is Personal Data, Key stakeholders of the DPDP Act, Notice and Consent requirements, Obligations of the Data Fiduciaries, Rights and Duties of the Data Principal and Penalties as per the DPDP Act.
