The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), organised a Digital India Talk Show at Cotton University, Guwahati, engaging over 150 students and faculty members in discussions on Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and emerging technologies.
The session featured insights on flagship Digital India initiatives including DigiLocker, UMANG, myScheme, API Setu, and cybersecurity awareness. Experts from NeGD highlighted how these platforms are transforming citizen service delivery while promoting digital inclusion, data privacy, and responsible online behaviour.
The interactive programme also included a Digital India Quiz, encouraging active participation and enhancing awareness of India’s digital ecosystem among young learners.
