Developers Workshop on Certificate-less Governance Programme in Kerala

In alignment with the IT Policy and the vision of the Digital Kerala Programme, the Government of Kerala, in collaboration with NeGD and the DigiLocker Team, is organising a three-day Developers Workshop on 24th–26th November 2025. The workshop aims to strengthen the implementation of the Certificateless Governance Programme, a flagship digital transformation initiative managed by the State e-Governance Mission Team (SeMT).

The programme’s Phase I focuses on integrating 100 high-priority citizen-centric certificates from 16 departments with DigiLocker, Entity Locker, and API Setu. This outcome-oriented workshop will provide hands-on technical training, build departmental capacity for digital certificate onboarding, and address real-time integration challenges. The event will also mark the launch of Phase II of the Certificateless Governance Programme, further advancing Kerala’s journey towards a fully digital, paperless governance ecosystem.
