The Chief Information Officers (CIO)- eGovernance Champions Programme (CIO-eGCP) was held from 2nd to 21st September, 2019 at New Delhi, Singapore and Hyderabad. The programme aims at creating eGovernance Champions within Central line Ministries/ Departments and States who are responsible for conceptualizing, leading and implementing the Digital initiatives.Central theme of the CIO-eGCP Programme was citizen service delivery amidst the changing Digital landscape with an advent of Emerging Technologies, Connected government and Integrated Service Delivery. Around 20 participants from across several Central Line Ministries and various States attended the 3 week long programme. Experts from Industry, Academia and Government provided valuable insights to all participants during the programme.
