The expert panel featured Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha, Additional Secretary, MeitY and CEO of India Semiconductor Mission (ISM); Shri Vivek Khaneja, Executive Director, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Noida; and Shri Ashok Chandak, President of SEMI India and India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA). The experts deep dived into India&#8217;s growing role in the global semiconductor ecosystem and the strategic initiatives supporting this growth, including government policies, design ecosystem, fabrication, packaging, and emerging startup support programmes.
