In alignment with the IT Policy and the vision of the Digital Kerala Programme, the Government of Kerala, in collaboration with NeGD and the DigiLocker Team, is organising a three-day Developers Workshop on 24th\u201326th November 2025. The workshop aims to strengthen the implementation of the Certificateless Governance Programme, a flagship digital transformation initiative managed by the State e-Governance Mission Team (SeMT).<\/p>\n
The programme\u2019s Phase I focuses on integrating 100 high-priority citizen-centric certificates from 16 departments with DigiLocker, Entity Locker, and API Setu. This outcome-oriented workshop will provide hands-on technical training, build departmental capacity for digital certificate onboarding, and address real-time integration challenges.
