The Developer Workshop on Certificate-less governance programme in Kerala
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), MeitY, in collaboration with the Government of Kerala, successfully organised a three-day Developers’ Workshop in Thiruvananthapuram from 24–26 November 2025. The workshop brought together key departments and technology teams to review progress, align on Phase II goals, and accelerate Kerala’s journey towards fully digital and seamless governance. The event marked a significant milestone in Kerala’s transition towards Certificateless Governance. The closure of Phase I and the launch of Phase II of the Certificateless Governance Programme was formally announced by Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao, IAS, Special Secretary, E&ITD, Government of Kerala.
