Two-Day Cybersecurity Workshop in Delhi

Jointly organized by NeGD and CERT-In, the workshop featured a robust agenda designed to strengthen understanding of cyber security across government institutions. Day 1 focused on strategic sessions covering State CSIRTs—their mandates, coordination, and operational SOPs—followed by a hands-on and deep dives into SOC architecture. Participants also engaged in an interactive Capture-the-Flag (CTF) activity and SOC-themed quiz. Day 2 advanced into CCMP frameworks for incident escalation and recovery, a tabletop simulation of a cyber crisis scenario, and detailed discussions on CERT-In audit policies and readiness planning.
