The Himachal Pradesh Government Departments participated in a UX4G (User Experience for Government) awareness workshop where they shared their invaluable insights. The participants explored how to enhance citizen engagement and service delivery by various digital platforms to bring about the enhanced digital transformation in service delivery in the state and build more user-centric digital services.
