Officers from Central and State Governments responsible for implementing projects and managing large-scale government data projects, government officials engaged in digital governance and data management at Policy level to Mid-level: Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring projects.
Officers from different domains who have responsibilities or interestsrelated to governance, strategy, leadership, service systems, artificial intelligence and analytics, or digital architectures and projects are encouraged to apply.
Officers from the Central and State Governments who are managing or responsible for implementing digital transformation or digital governance projects.

The program is designed for a diverse set of officers who are interested in understanding the application of AI/ML in managing Digital Public Goods (DPG). It caters to officers across all levels, including policy-level officers responsible for project conceptualization and critical decision-making; mid-level officers engaged in the design, partial implementation, management, and monitoring of projects; and executive-level officers responsible for executing and operationalizing project activities.
The program is intended for a broad spectrum of officers engaged in big data and data analytics initiatives, including policy-level officers responsible for project conceptualization and critical decision-making; mid-level officers tasked with the design, partial implementation, management, and monitoring of projects; and executive-level officers responsible for the execution and operationalization of project activities.
The programme is designed for officials from the Central Government at the level of Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, or equivalent in Ministries and Departments of the Government of India, who are leading or responsible for the implementation of e-Governance projects. It also welcomes officials from the State Government at the level of Collector, Deputy Collector, Senior Director, Director, or equivalent, who are similarly engaged in driving or overseeing e-Government initiatives.
The programme is intended for mid-level officers from Central Ministries and State Departments, who are engaged in policy formulation, programme implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on leveraging data for governance. It will particularly benefit officials from statistics, planning, IT/e-governance, monitoring and evaluation units, and research and policy analysis divisions, as well as nodal officers managing data-driven initiatives under flagship schemes. The course is also relevant for technical and functional leads involved in data collection, integration, warehousing, analytics, and the application of business intelligence and AI/ML tools for predictive and evidence-based governance.
This programme is suitable for officers from Central Ministries, State Governments, PSU's, engaged in areas of information technology, digital governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and emerging technologies. It is also relevant for officials handling regulatory, legal, and compliance functions linked to digital transformation initiatives. Officers working across all levels are eligible for this programme.
